I ordered two Sofft shoes and this was second choice . But when I received them they are #1 . They are so comfortable. Wore them all day first day on. I have a fairly narrow foot. And there was no slipping or gaps at toe. I usually need a strap that is adjustable so I can make it tighter. These fit perfectly. I love having a shoe that does not have a buckle at toe !! I will probably return other shoe and get a second one of this style in additional color. This will go great with jeans and dresses. So happy with this. First time trying this brand .

I have mortens neuroma and haven’t worn more than a 1/2 inch heel, or a sandal in 15 years. I needed something for daughters formal wedding besides granny shoes so I decided to try. Of all the shoes I tried/returned, this is the one I am sad about. Sandal straps are always way too big but this is beautiful shoe fit my narrow foot perfectly. Unfortunately. as soon as I started walking in it I got that painful ‘zing’ that happens so I sadly put them back in the box and will have to find another option or do the ‘granny’ bit. I do have other Sofft shoes/boots with lower heels that I can wear. Comfortable.

At first the 8 1/2 seem to fit fine after wearing them a handful of times but then they started to stretch out too much and now they are 1/2 size too big. I recommend if you where a 1/2 size you should go down to a whole size. Instead of 8 1/2 go down to an 8 and so forth. Also leather and not suede will probably be easier to keep clean. I bought these in a light pink suede and they got dirty after only 1 wear. I kinda regret spending so much money on sandals I can’t wear anymore.

These fit me perfectly! I normally wear an 8.5M or a 9N. I purchased the 8.5 and they are just right. They are so soft and comfy right out of the box. I’m tempted to get them in other colors.

I love the look of this sandal, but the ankle strap is a Velcro closure, and I could not make it tight enough. With a regular closure the shoe would work.

I have worn shoes by the same brand before. In this case I was a little disappointed with the quality of the straps on the shoe. It looks as if there was some adhesive that dried and no longer holds the straps on each shoe the was they should. for the price I expected them to hold up better. After two months of part time wear they’re are looking pretty worn.

I love these so much that I also purchased them in black, but in the end, I ended up returning both. The color of the soft rose is gorgeous, but both this sandal runs just a tad wide for me. I could adjust the ankle/buckle strap but not the strap over the forefoot and I was concerned that with wear the leather would stretch enough that they would become too “sloppy”. Sadly, I returned them.

Scuffed leather at inner toe, new in box. =( Returned because these are expensive, $125 total. It was last in my size available. LOVE Zappos though! Great company! =)

These cute sandals are as comfortable as they are versatile. I have worn them with a dress to a nice dinner and with jeans to a ballgame. I wore them for an entire day right out of the box and did not have a single “hot spot” by the time I got home. I love them and am happy the weather is getting warm again and I can begin wearing these again this year. Perfect sandal.

Very comfortable and cute shoe, but I’m taking points away because it’s velcro rather than an actual buckle. Just makes it feel cheap in my opinion- I’m sure some people will prefer the ease

The leather is nice and the shoes were a comfortable heel height. Unfortunately, I have to return them since the heel strap is very uncomfortable. It’s a shame that it is so badly designed. I would have kept the shoes even though they have velcro straps, which I feel make shoes look cheap.

I am a true size 7, my feet are neither narrow nor wide. This shoe ran a 1/2 size small. My heel was touching the back edge where you would typically like a 1/4 inch of space there. The leather was soft and the cushion was moderate, however the strap across the toe was a little snug. With time I believe the toe strap would have stretched out and these would be very comfortable. Also, I may have overlooked this in the description, but the buckle is non-functioning and it a Velcro strap.

I have a thin long foot and always thought that Sofft shoes run too wide for my foot, length is good and style and quality is great. Actually this style turned out to be a good fit for me and ordered two pairs as they are comfortable, with nice heal height and happy with quality of workmanship and materials. I will probably try more Sofft shoes in the future! Thanks!

I love these sandals, but had to return them. I need a pair for dress and the other pair won only because they were dressier. Wishing I could keep them both, would recommend this sandal!

These fit perfectly and are so comfortable (soft underfoot and solid arch support). I also love the tan color (luggage). However, I don’t love nor understand the velcro latch. The velcro shows because of my high arch situation (making them look cheap) and you can’t move the buckle latch at all. I’m also worried that if I trip, the the velcro will rip open and that it’ll loosen / degrade over time. Please make these without the velcro next time! They came pretty banged up and looked worn so I had to return them, however I’m considering purchasing them again because they are so comfy and cute!

Love these – great arch support, beautiful rich color (luggage), and soft on and under foot. My only complaint is the velcro for the clasp. It makes me feel less secure in the shoe – if I trip, will the velcro release? It also makes them look cheap. I just don’t get it. I’m keeping them nonetheless but hoping that they change this next season!
