Dull, cheap leather with zero shine. Very wide shoe that gaps below ankle. Looks VERY matronly in general ( and this coming from fifty-something woman) – total disappointment !!! Did I mention that heel is for some reason unstable, which is unheard of for 2″ heel O-o .

I was not disappointed. I always know I can count on Sofft. My only challenge was to decide between the beautiful blue patent shoes from MARC JOSEPH. Very hard. But
Sofft heels are so beautifully practical, comfortable, and right for me.

Normally a size 8, ordered an 8.5 based on other reviews. However, the 8.5 was even too small. Ordered a 9 and it only just fit (could have even ordered a 9.5). I would suggest ordering at least a full size up.

Love these heels! I got the cork color and I usually wear 8.5-9 and got the 8.5. They fit perfect, if not a bit roomy. Heel height is not too high for every day wear at the office. The soles are padded great and love the arch support. I do agree with one review that this does not have shine at all. Fresh out of the box, the leather seems really dry. I put some shoe beeswax on them to help make the leather soft and supple and that did the trick. Then just shine and polish and you’ll get the look as shown in the photos.

Just can’t beat Sofft heels if you have to walk through hotels, convention centers, or casinos then stand in an exhibit booth for hours! These are comfy, pretty, and about the only heel I can wear for this kind of work. I was so pleased with the black patent I’ve had for years, I decided to get the brown, too. The dark trim on the edge broadens the range for coordinating with outfits. Fit is true to size, and they have support built into the sole.

These shoes are SOOO awesome!! They are super comfortable right out of the box and the fit is excellent! The super soft lining and great arch support made these comfortable all day sitting, standing, and walking at a conference I attended, and the padded heel collar really helps with my narrow heel issues. As for design, the contrast trim around the edges really upgrades the look of what would otherwise be considered a “basic” Mary Jane pump. FYI, the cork color is a bit “distressed”, so if you don’t like variations in color, these shoes won’t be for you, but I simply LOVE them!!

Very comfortable and fits perfectly. I love Soffts, and this shoe has their traditional cushioned footbeds with some arch support.

These were a disappointment. They were very wide and about a half size too large in length. But that would have been okay and I would have tried ordering a size down but the leather was very lackluster. It looked supple and like it had a sheen to it like higher quality leather in the photos. In person, it was dully and almost waxy and I really thought they might be fake leather until I realized they smelled like leather. The arch support was okay, not too much that it pressed up into my arch and not completely flat in the insole. The style itself was cute, but the execution of that style/composition and finish of the shoe and leather was very mediocre.

These looked so cute in the pictures, but they had a weird texture that made me think they were not real leather when they arrived in person. I thought they looked very cheap and kind of costume-y. Otherwise, the fit was okayish and relatively comfortable.

Shame on Zappos! 1 week past scheduled delivery AND they sent used damaged shoes. The right shoe is stretched out and both shoes have numerous scratches, scuffs,and tears. I sent them right back and Then I get an email saying my refund is pending on whether the shoes are in new condition. Really?

I really wanted to like these Sofft pumps. I have other Sofft pumps from a few years ago and love them. These were not up to par. The toe area on top sits up much higher than my toes, and forms a gap. It looks odd. It’s also a bit wide around the arch area. The length is fine. I’m usually a 9 or 9.5, ordered a these in a 9. I’ll be returning them, unfortunately.
